Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) is hiring experienced legal professionals on a retainer basis. The positions require expertise in Civil, Criminal, Labour, and Service matters involving PAMRA and Market Committees.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend courts for handling CPLAs, writ petitions, appeals, and civil suits.
- Draft and file legal documents for and against PAMRA in appellate courts.
- Prepare legal opinions, statements, and reports.
- Assist PAMRA with legal issues and financial matters.
- Handle any other legal assignments related to official matters.
