The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan, invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for the position of MIS Officer (BPS-16). These positions are available in the Collectorate of Customs Indus including Balochistan on a contract basis for two years. Educational Qualification / Experience

• Qualification: Second Class or Grade “C” Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized university by HEC.
• Note: Candidates with Grade “C” or Second Class Bachelor's degree in the same field and two years of post-qualification experience may also apply.

General Instructions

1. Online Applications Only: Apply through the National Jobs Portal at https://njp.gov.pk. Manual applications will not be accepted.
2. Contract Basis: Appointments will be made for two years, extendable based on performance and approval.
3. Quota-Based Selection: Recruitment will follow provincial/regional quotas under the Establishment Division Rules.
4. Required Documents: Original documents (Education, Domicile, CNIC, etc.) must be presented during the interview.
5. Skill Test / Screening: Will be conducted per the Recruitment Policy.
6. Quota Allocation:
   • 10% for Women
   • 5% for Minorities
   • 2% for Disabled Persons (valid Disability Certificate required)
7. Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel with NOC from the respective department.
8. Age Relaxation:
   • Scheduled Castes / Minorities: 3 years
   • Armed Forces Retired Personnel: up to 15 years
   • Government Employees (with 2 years of service): up to 10 years
   • Disabled Persons (BPS-15 and below): 10 years
   • Widow/son/daughter of deceased govt. servant: 5 years

• No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
