Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons) Jobs 2025 – Apply Online for 700+ Teaching Posts

The Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, through the Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons) Directorate, Rawalpindi, has announced contract-based job opportunities for eligible Pakistani nationals. Applications are invited for 300 Secondary School Teacher (SST) (BS-17) and 400 Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (BS-16) positions. These posts are initially for one year and may be extended based on performance and requirement.

Vacancy Details by Quota

Jobs are distributed across various regions of Pakistan including Punjab, Sindh (Rural/Urban), KPK, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir, with reserved quotas for minorities and open merit.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

For SST (BS-17):

  • Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's Degree (16 Years of Education) from HEC-recognized university.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent professional qualification.
  • M.A. in Education Planning & Management (EPM) is also acceptable.

For TGT (BS-16):

  • Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's Degree (14 Years of Education) in relevant subject from HEC-recognized university.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 16 Years of Education in any subject is acceptable.

Subject-Wise Details for TGT Posts

Age Limit

  • SST: 22 to 30 years + 5 years general age relaxation.
  • TGT: 20 to 28 years + 5 years general age relaxation.

Additional Age Relaxation Categories

  • 3 years for candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, AJK, GB, Sindh Rural & Balochistan.
  • 10 years for government servants with 2 years of service.
  • 10 years for persons with disabilities.
  • 15 years or years served (whichever is less) for retired Armed Forces personnel.
  • 5 years for children/widows of deceased government servants (with official death notification).

Posting Location

Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

Registration Process

  1. Apply online at: https://induction2025.fgei.gov.pk
  2. No hard copies will be accepted.
  3. Upload all required documents before final submission.
  4. Deadline for online application: 19 May 2025
  5. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test at designated centers in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta.
  6. Roll number slips must be downloaded from the portal.

Interview & Selection

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview based on test results.
  • Bring original documents at the time of interview.
  • Government employees must present a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Important Notes

  • Candidates with criminal records or who were dismissed are not eligible.
  • Permanent government employees are not eligible.
  • Any fake document will result in disqualification.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Selected candidates must submit an affidavit that they will not request regularization in court.
